By enforcing the rules of poker, Game Integrity Services helps the Group to provide a level and trusted playing field to its customers
The Game Integrity Services Specialist role involves the handling of game integrity queries and account security issues; together with working on customer reported and system generated cases for collusion; account sharing; third party software usage on Group platforms. The Game Integrity Services Specialist will also be responsible for performing financial and account transaction analysis and investigating customers’ physical location in accordance with Group instruction.
Key Service Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to customers with Game Integrity issues using the Group’s templates and procedures
• Review account activity to identify potential suspicious behaviour
• Review customers deposit and game play to identify potential suspicious behaviour
• Identify risk and detect fraud patterns
• Review customer financial transaction histories
• Review of customer’ physical location alerts and cases

It is the responsibility of the MI Analyst to support the permanent and temporary recruitment desks in the reporting of Management Information (MI) to the client, vendors and the RS Central Management Team.

Monitoring financial account activity overdue by 60 days across all vendors
Contribute to the preparation process for client reviews of Resource Solutions services to ensure SLAs are being attained
Act as first point of contact for escalation issues relating to Financial Administrators
To ensure that all Resource Solutions billing to the client is correct and to troubleshoot any issues between Resource Solutions on-site team and the payroll function

Formalising the reports produced to ensure consistency of data and presentation
